November 29, 2004 — Cerius Consulting, the largest independent executive management consulting organization headquartered in Southern California, today announced three new members of the Cerius Consulting Partner Network (CCPN), bringing to 13 the number of complementary service providers.
Phoenix2000 Group, Growth Partners and Facilities Management, Inc. (FMI) are the newest members in the alliance . Together, members of the network deliver cost-effective professional services in a wide range of disciplines to small- and mid-sized companies in Southern California.
Phoenix2000 Group provides senior executive-level technology advisory services that focus on strategic alignment between IT and the business. Growth Partners specializes in assisting private and public companies in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, turnarounds and recapitalization. Facilities Management, Inc. (FMI) is a facilities management and total outsourcing solutions company specializing in solutions for the life sciences and technology industries.
“Our CCPN partners provide skills in areas of professional expertise that complement the talents of our diverse team of executive consultants,” said Pamela Wasley, president/CEO and co-founder of Cerius Consulting. “By partnering with these companies, Cerius is able to offer a much broader team of professionals and their array of services to our clients.”
“Phoenix2000 is very similar to Cerius in a number of ways”, said Michael Siersema, Managing Partner and CEO of Phoenix2000. “Cerius offers numerous multi-discipline services to its clients and is particularly strong in sales, marketing, financial and operations management. We have been quite successful by focusing primarily on providing strategic technology solutions for our clients, so we envision a lot of cross-over opportunities between our clients, the clients of the other CCPN partners and those at Cerius itself”.
“Growth Partners is very excited by its new relationship with Cerius Consulting,” said Jeffrey R. Knakal , managing partner of Growth Partners . “Cerius possesses a diversity of top quality professional resources that are complementary to Growth Partners’ competencies. I foresee a highly synergistic relationship that will afford prospective Cerius clients with the opportunity to benefit from a compelling complementary turnkey resource.”
“FMI is highly optimistic about its relationship with Cerius Consulting and we look forward to working with its team of highly qualified and experienced management consultants and professional service providers,” said David S. Hwang, president and CEO of Facilities Management, Inc. “We expect our relationship will benefit both FMI and Cerius by increasing our respective networking capabilities and visibility throughout Southern California. We share a similar business model that embraces outsourcing as a valuable tool for companies; by joining forces with Cerius, we can provide an encompassing list of outsourcing services to our clients.”
