Cerius' CEO Wine & Dinner Event a Success

Last month, Cerius held our first CEO Dinner and Wine Event, strictly for CEOs, at the Winery Restaurant in Tustin, CA. This event was coupled with an executive roundtable. The CEOs have reported that they thoroughly loved the opportunity to discuss a myriad of business issues and solutions with their peers while dining on pan seared halibut, Manila Clams, Hudson Valley duck roasted with white peaches, USDA prime Cajun steak, along with wonderfully matched selections of wine. These CEOs were quick to let us know that one of the most anticipated elements of the evening didn't happen! As they were indulging in excellent food, wine and discussions, enjoying the company of their peers, they waited for the dreaded, but always predictable "Sales Pitch" from their hosts. However it never came! It was Cerius' goal at this dinner event to give CEOs a safe haven where they can go to meet other CEOs in an environment that facilitates good discussions.

We were pleasantly surprised with 100% attendance and by the responses of the CEOs who attended. One such comment from the CEO of a large chain of restaurants was, "I never expected to receive such good ideas from people who were not even from my industry." Another comment heard that evening was from a CEO of a technology firm who said, "I was worried about being sold to but instead found it to be one of the best events I have been to in a long time." Would they come again? When asked, they said, "Absolutely."

Cerius will be hosting more of these events through the end of the year. We will keep you informed.
