Pamela Wasley is CEO, President and Chairman of the Board for Cerius Interim Executive Solutions. She is an expert at helping companies develop higher shareholder value through the strategic development of rapid growth and profitability opportunities with industry experience ranging from technology, medical device, textiles and business services. Her skills include strategic partnerships, customer acquisition and retention programs, sales and marketing team development and international distribution. Over the years, she has assisted companies in setting up worldwide distribution of their products and building large profitable service divisions or organizations. Pamela holds a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Auburn. She serves on several private company boards and was the former Chairman of the Board for Orange County Head Start, a $30M non-profit organization. She has authored several computer textbooks for SeniorNet and is currently an instructor.

Kristen McAlister is Executive Vice President of Cerius Interim Executive Solutions' Washington D.C. regional office. She has extensive experience in leading major acquisitions, sales and operations initiatives with small and large privately-held companies to publicly-held international companies. Kristen has spent the last ten years facilitating companies on how to market, sell, present and execute their goals with clients and adding value through operations, sales, marketing and entrepreneur coaching.
Ms. McAlister's background in system design and process improvement includes certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt through Villanova University and has studied System Dynamics at MIT. Her experience and education in systems and process management allows for quick and effective insight to the operational challenges facing companies in today's market.
She received her undergraduate in business administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and completed her MBA at The Paul Merage School of University of California, Irvine. She has been involved with The Forum for Corporate Directors and has completed the requirements for ISS Certification. Ms. McAlister's background with community involvement includes: Marketing Co-Chair for the Dean's Leadership Circle at The Paul Merage School, High Adventure Teens leader with the Girl Scouts of America and the Board of Directors with Orange County Head Start, Inc.

Stephen Kasprisin is the Chief Financial Officer as well as a co-founder and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Cerius Interim Executive Solutions. He has over 25 years of visible and measurable achievements in distribution, manufacturing, health care and temporary staffing. He is a successful manager who has made significant and profitable contributions to the organizations he has been involved with by bringing new ideas, new ways of thinking and problem solving techniques. As a CFO, he has successfully executed several corporate restructurings and turnarounds, an initial public offering, multiple information system implementations and led M&A teams that completed and integrated 11 companies. Stephen has held senior financial and CFO roles in public companies, private companies, highly leveraged, high growth companies and startup ventures. His expertise includes SEC financial reporting and control, investor relations and road shows, M&A (including post closure integration), information systems, cash management and forecasting, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting. He has also led audits at both Big 5 and small to medium regional CPA firms. Stephen has extensive experience in both debt and equity capital markets, having negotiated over $200 million in syndicated loans, several levels of mezzanine debt and equity capital (both in private placements and through a public offering). Stephen also has extensive international experience having managed the financial affairs of a joint venture in Mexico, a trading company in Hong Kong and the listing of a U.S.-based subsidiary on the New Zealand Stock Market.

Alan Creutz is the Vice President of Operations for Cerius Interim Executive Solutions. With over 20 years experience with both national and international companies, Alan focuses on business strategy and planning, internal operations, company positioning and product marketing. Since joining Cerius, he has successfully coached companies through business planning, product strategy and definition, corporate re-structuring, organizational development, and fund raising. Alan is on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Tech Coast Angels, currently serves as Advisor to, and on the Boards of Directors for, several startup and early-stage companies, and works in Europe as an advisor to several groups that are encouraging entrepreneurial activity in the eastern Mediterranean. Dr. Creutz was named San Diego Businessman of the Year in 1998 and in 1999 was honored by Accenture for best practices in "motivating and retaining employees." He holds a BA from Columbia College, Columbia University, a MS and Ph.D. in Intellectual History from the University of Michigan and a Ph.D in Education Administration from the University of Michigan. Alan was a Reactor Officer in the Navy aboard the USS Bainbridge.

Barry Lieberman is the vice president of Marketing at Cerius Interim Executive Solutions. He has over 20 years experience at creating high-impact programs that bridge the gap between marketing and sales that have resulted in as much as four times the marketing investment. For 17 years he owned and operated Advantage Plus Marketing Group, Inc. (APMG), executing over 1,500 marketing campaigns for Fortune 1000 companies such as: Compaq Computer, Hewlett-Packard, and Sun Microsystems Printronix along with other major corporations.
Prior to starting APMG, Lieberman was the national marketing manager of Reseller Marketing for Avnet Computer. There he became an essential part of the team establishing Avnet's reseller program for Hewlett-Packard and Digital Equipment Corporation. Before his success at Avnet, Lieberman worked with Hewlett-Packard's Commercial Systems Division as a major account sales manager.
Barry is a sought after speaker at regional and national marketing conferences on social media, lead generation, online marketing and other sales and marketing topics.


Kathryn Gray is Chief People Officer for Cerius Interim Executive Solutions. She has over 25 years experience in operations, organizational and executive development, and human resources. She has held previous VP level positions, two in Fortune 500 companies, and served as internal consultant to a venture capital firm. Kathryn has implemented her proprietary programs and processes within billion-dollar, multi-national firms such as Levi Strauss, Wells Fargo, CB Richard Ellis and Ikea to small, entrepreneurial start-ups.
Kathryn's collective career experiences have placed her in a variety of industries, including distribution, manufacturing, construction and real estate, banking, professional services, health care, biomedical technology, non-profit and higher education. Her consequent business views provide unique perspective and enable her to combine practical business profitability requirements with genuine business needs in order to maximize an organization's "human assets" to their fullest potential.
Kathryn is involved in many professional and philanthropic organizations regionally and nationally. Kathryn received degrees from the University of Heidelberg and University of Maryland and attended law school at Boston University. She is a frequent topical Leadership, Organizational Development, Personal Development speaker to a wide range of regional and national organizations. She is presently authoring her first book, "Bedtime Stories for CEO's" with her second book, "Lived the Life You've Earned" on the drawing board.


Dan Lawrence brings over 20 years of experience to his position as the Regional Vice President of Client Solutions for Cerius Interim Executive Solutions. His skills include working closely with CEO's and senior business executives by providing consulting expertise that has ranged from strategic planning through leadership development, team building, goal setting, executive coaching and program implementation in the areas of financial, organizational and operational management. Dan has also served as a Vice President of a few Wall Street firms including Prudential Securities and Dean Witter (Morgan Stanley). At Cerius, Dan's primary responsibility is to oversee and lead the process of assisting CEO's and business owners to identify business solutions to help their organization grow. This includes contributing to Cerius' vision, building a strong team, and commitment to quality by assuring that the appropriate resources are aligned and available and that projects are delivered in accordance with client expectations. Dan holds a BA degree, with honors in finance, from California State University and has successfully worked with more than 150 clients and 800 executives from multiple industries both nationally and abroad.

Feyzi Fatehi is a member of the Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary for Cerius Interim Executive Solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in helping start-ups to Fortune 50 companies build high performance businesses using his skills in strategy re-alignment, corporate re-structuring and re-branding, strategic alliances, acquisitions and financing. As a leading business transformation and alliances expert, he led multiple HP global projects and participated in several Silicon Valley start-ups, two of which were named among the "Red Herring 100". He holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Texas in Austin, a MS in Software Engineering from Southwest Texas State University and a MBA in International Marketing and Management from Santa Clara University. Feyzi has been keynote speaker at multiple industry events in Europe, Asia, US and Canada and has contributed to Harvard Business School publications. He serves as the CEO of Corent Technology, Inc. and on the boards of the Technology Council of Southern California and Capistrano Unified School District Foundation.

Philip Nasser is a co-founder and board member with Cerius Interim Executive Solutions. With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Phil has worked with sales and channel issues across a number of industries including information technology, manufacturing, human capital and finance. His projects have included developing sales strategy and plans, improving sales productivity, increasing profitability, creating compensation plans and teaching clients how to sell complex products into complex organizations. He has extensive experience with various channels of distribution, strategic account management, sales training, telesales and installed-based sales. Phil holds a BS from Indiana University, an MBA from Michigan State University and is a graduate of the Ensead Senior Management Program in Fontainbleau, France. Phil is a part-time instructor of Strategic Management for California State University, Fullerton.

W Bruce Steever is a co-founder and member of the Board of Directors for Cerius Interim Executive Solutions. With over three decades of expertise in finance, accounting and administration, he is well equipped to bring early-stage companies, and those companies in the midst of expansion or organizational change, to success in a timely and organized manner. He has also overseen several successful turnarounds of companies in severe turmoil. In addition to his extensive work in raising private capital and establishing appropriate staff and infrastructure, he has worked hand-in-hand with CEOs and the boards of pre-IPO entities to advise them as their businesses grew. Bruce has co-managed three over-subscribed Public Offerings - a $32 million Common Stock IPO, an $86 million Convertible Debenture sale and $100 million of Corporate Bonds - as well as two $100 million Bank Revolving Credit Lines and other major secured/unsecured credit lines. Combining the entrepreneurial spirit needed to flourish in early-stage, emerging businesses and pre-IPOs with the broader corporate vision and oversight experience garnered at larger publicly-traded companies, he also has remained proficient in SEC/GAAP compliance and reporting; budgeting and forecasting; cash and balance sheet management; financial and performance analyses; M&A, divestitures and turnarounds; and H.R. (notably "hands-on" hiring, training, development and retention).
